The Ten Commandments in the Shorter Catechism

8:45am in Fellowship Hall

Taught by Roger Spence

The Ten Commandments are a timeless guideline for godly living, as well as a schoolmaster to lead us to Christ, as relevant today as they were in Moses' time. Our spiritual forefathers in the Westminster Assembly rendered a valuable service by showing us how they are not dull and dry rules and regulations, but a dynamic blueprint for living a godly life, even today, just as they show us our need for Jesus Christ and His Spirit as we seek to live in a way that honors our heavenly Father, and as we grow in our Christian witness and testimony.

Rev. Roger Spence has worked in pastoral ministry for 45 years, most recently as Transitional Pastor at Deerfield EPC in Bridgeton, NJ.  He and Marilyn are familiar faces at OEPC.
